At DIY Denture Shop, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand processing times, shipping costs, and your responsibilities regarding order delivery.
Processing & Handling Time
•Processing time: Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 4-5 business days.
• Expedited orders: (2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for faster processing, but this does not guarantee delivery within two days.
•Large orders or transfers may require additional processing time.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
• FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $75+.
• Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• Standard shipping: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping (2nd Day Air): Ensures faster processing but does not guarantee two-day delivery. It will be delivered within 2 business days after leaving our facility.
• Once an order is shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
International Shipping
•Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
• Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, which are the buyers responsibility and not covered by DIY Denture Shop.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
• We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via Shopify Chat.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.•“If an order is delivered to the incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
• If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, an invoice for reshipping costs will be sent before we can resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
• If your tracking shows (Delivered ) and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
• If a package is lost or delayed, we will do our best to assist, but the carrier is ultimately responsible for delivery.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
• If an order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel • ”please contact us immediately via Shopify Chat.
• If your order has already shipped, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may request a refund minus the original shipping cost or pay for reshipping.
